In addition to the group programs listed below, I also individually help many runners by writing personalized programs for them to achieve their unique goals, in distances from the mile to the marathon.
Wednesday "Speedsters" Group Workouts
All ages (we currently have 13-75 year olds) and all abilities (from 5:00-12:00/mile pace). join together every Wednesday morning to workout in separate pace groups. Our motto is: You don't have to be fast, you just need to want to get faster!
Charlottesville Ten Miler Training Program
Starts in October and runs through March. Brings together several hundred folks to train through the winter for our area's oldest footrace. Fitness levels range from those coming off the couch to those looking to improve on a previous time.
Kids Clinics & Race Series
Spring and summer programs and races for kids 3-12 including 'Saturdays in the Park' at the YMCA.
